1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service converts source documents into output files. You may try the Service without an account; creating an account and purchasing credits (or a subscription) unlocks the full, editable output.

3. Accounts and credits

• Each conversion consumes credits from your balance.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credits do not expire except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Subscriptions recur monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload files that are unlawful or infringe on the rights of others; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell or sublicense the Service or your outputs in bulk without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the outputs you generate. We retain all rights to the Service, its software, and its branding. We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that every element of your diagram will transfer perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your access is removed.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
