1. Overview

MicroSaaS ("we", "us", or "our") operates a web service that converts source documents into output files. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Account information — the email address you sign up with, plus your hashed password if you use email/password login.
• Files you upload — the documents you submit for conversion. These are processed only to produce your output file.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. We store only the resulting payment status and a reference to your Stripe customer.
• Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, conversion results) used to operate and improve the service and to diagnose failures.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the conversion service, manage your account, process and confirm payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your uploaded files for any purpose other than producing your conversion.

4. Storage and retention

Your data is stored in our hosted database (Supabase/Postgres) and on the servers used to run the conversion service. Uploaded source files are deleted shortly after your conversion job completes. Preview and output artifacts are retained for a limited period (typically 30 days) so you can download your results, then automatically deleted.

5. Third parties

We rely on the following providers: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), and our hosting provider for application hosting. Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide those services.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at support@example.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Deleting your account removes your profile and billing information from our systems.
